I finally had a little time to find the number of shares Ferris owns. The good news is he owns a nice chunk. The better news is he owns more today than 1 year ago and more 1 year ago than 2 years ago. Even though the overall share count for the company remains about flat at 158,285,045.
As of March 31, 2016 Ferris owned 16,389,915.
As of May 15, 2015 he owned 16,089,915.
As of May 15, 2014 he owned 15,289,915.
As of May 15, 2013 he owned 15,289,915.
Interesting and encouraging that he added a significant number of shares in the last 1+ year.
Over the last FY, the overall share count actually went down ever so slightly from 158,285,045 to 158,258,795. This is a decrease of 26,250 and is likely due to some strange way the weighted avg is calculated.
