You still believe that LWLG will not produce one commercial modulator themselves?

IMHO,if a buyout were to occur it would probably happen within the next year (by the middle of 2017). It would probably take a couple of years for one of the large tech companies to commercialize the modulator. Thus, if LWLG were bought out in 2017, the modulators would not make it to market until 2019 at the earliest. It is my understanding that the market needs these modulators in the 2018 time frame. So I guess a deal could happen sooner if one of the major tech companies after substantial due diligence feel that the sooner they bring LWLG technology in-house the better.
