Believe the good Dr has clearly articulated the where and the when for this -- so that is clearly marked on the road ahead, presuming the next data set does not disappoint.

Trials are large because the efficacy is so marginal. They need enough data to pull out sub groups that do better, genotypes, etc.

Dramatic results will not need such a large trial.
