IMHO, That's one of the as yet unresolved questions -- as to whether or not it's another biomarker for DCVax-L responders.

(Fortunately, there is a murine study that states whole tumor lysate pulsed dendritic cells can downregulate regulatory t-cells in the tumor. I'd think it likely this characteristic would at least partially carry over to DCVax-L in humans. Or ALC might simply be a refection of TIL count. We shall see.) JMO.
