This stock is the biggest scam that I have seen in a long time. They manipulate the bid until people start slapping the ask, once this happens then they pull the bid out and drop it and then repeat the same cycle. Basically a bait and switch scam and they keep finding new blood. This is well orchestrated and will result in a subpoena down the road with someone getting locked up. Best to move on and cut your losses IMO. The address in Miami is just some abandoned warehouse with some local crack heads begging for change, so they can buy their next fix....
