Very bright, for the bright ones who got in within the past year. The best way to judge a person is when they can admit they were wrong and you can see what they are doing to repair their mistakes. The company grew to quickly had the wrong people in the the wrong places and had to let go of the toxic employees and realign the company. This stock is on the right path that's for sure.
