So Sam ...the reason why you are # 1 is for 2 reasons
1) As Zumantu has posted ...FDA pulls approval of Niacin , Fibrate in combo with Statins ..written about in Medscape April 15th.
2) 1st A win for Amarin and the following marketing ramp.

If we are going to see some effect of these developments on script numbers , we should see them during May .
