Unfortunately true. Henc management is inept and run by a failed stock promoter who blew his shares long ago. While Genstock and Chauncy kept on promoting.
Where is the lawsuit that Chauncy told you would be filed against Tgc? Why has Henc not taken over operatorship? Why is Henc not suing over the famous 5% interest they claim is owed to them?
Therefore, Henc admits now they own only 48% and their SEC filings were wrong !
