No one else. BIEL is essentially the sole player in wearable PEMF. Anyone else marketing some products is in violation of BIEL patents.

Sciences, ProMedTek, Incorporated, and OrthoCor Medical. This is from a transcript of FDA meeting someone found earlier.

I looked at their websites and tho the technology is the same I do not consider them competition.
