You are you implying I said something I didn't. We discussed this in January. I was under the impression that you understood my viewpoint. Here is my exact quote:

I, of course, told you I was serious; and we went back and forth for a while discussing NDAs and your view of how she was guilty as charged (by NW Bio), until finally I had enough of all the allegations and conspiracy theory chatter and said:

And for the record, I have to disagree with you on this: If I actually thought that KW had no conflict of interest (COI) when she showed up, Adam would DISAGREE with me. After all, she herself has become aware of her COI. He would certainly take her side over mine on that point if I somehow thought no COI existed. But, that is not my view, at all. I'm simply of the opinion that she was unaware of the COI at the time she signed a NDA. I also do not believe that she was hunting to get company secrets so that she could share with her board affiliation. I expect AF would agree with me on that, of course. :)
