#277942 RE: peafunke #277940

Vanis accrued $400,000 in salary + 500,000 class-B's since his signing in 2014. That is in stark contrast with his loyal shareholders down 90%+ since the R/S he said wouldn't happen! He will accrue $1,125,000 in salary alone when his contract is up in a little over 3 years. He is going 180 degrees in the opposite direction of his shareholders, he is green and his loyal shareholders are red. Share buyback noted 3 different times was a big joke on all of us!

What's wrong with this picture. He has every incentive to continue to dilute and R/S over and over. All signs point in that direction, he is not capable of growing the company without the perpetual writing of blank checks until perhaps one day there was so much available free cash from the money tree that things finally work out for VANIS, not his loyal shareholders!

peafunke, no matter how you might want to spin this, Minerco is still a Low Float Stock and will continue to be for a long time to come, even if it goes to the full 250M A/S-O/S-FLOAT, which I highly doubt.

As of April 1, 2016 Shares Outstanding 86,990,717 Total 181 Active 43 UP 4
----------------------
Restricted Shares 6,132,411 (includes 2,500,000 for YGG)
Shares available to issue: 163,009,283
Free Trading Shares: 57,228,004 UP 6,000,947

This last increase in the FLOAT went all to Restricted Shares, not tradeable until Rule 144 is satisfied, at a minimum of 6 months, plus the weeks to get the Banners removed.

6 months, puts the time frame well into October.

Seems current Acquisitions are done and now its time for some Bottling to commence or just about in a week or so..

Actually, if you read the Notes and Backend Notes, I really don't see the need for an increase for any shares for a least a couple of months.
The 3rd. quarter is up, April 29, 2016, EOW..
Due June 14, 2016, after 5 day Extension June 20, 2016
