If you don't want to read the whole first paragraph, start at 'When...'

I don't doubt they are using shares to purchase potential products etc, but call a pig a pig. If the OS is going up it is most definitely dilution. Just like it was last year. Just like it is now. Doesn't matter if notes are due at a later date, 'locked up', blah blah. Smoke and mirrors.

So this is not a long term holder unless you want to stuff your pillows with worthless pieces of virtual paper.

Revenues dropping so more shares needed to do things. Simple stuff here.
