#59627 RE: Doktornolittle #59621

I just happened to agree with AF that Linda Powers has been selling company stock at large discounts to repay loans made to Cognate. And by her doing so, at opportune times to third parties, shareholders have been undercut unnecessarily.

In response to my post, DoGood brought up the subject of LP's shares. I guess he was trying to make some point about dilution hurts us all (LP included) to try an deflate my "Cognate is not looking out for shareholders". I didn't agree. Shares hitting the float that can't be tracked are part of the reason this stock is down. I used LP's gifting as an example; she will get more and more shares, and won't be as affected as much by dilutions. I posted the SEC statements to China as he replied to my post. I didn't spend any time recently analyzing the statements. You're welcome to. But if you must know, gifting doesn't bother me, regardless of who it is from. :)
