Delaware is their state of incorporation, where they paid their corporate fees. I paid for the most recent filing status ($10) and took a screenshot of the status for everyone to see. Here is the link again:

Just so others know, that if you look up United Mobile Solutions on this site yourself, please pay close attention to the RED text at the bottom that states:

Additional Information is available for a fee. You can retrieve Status for a fee of $10.00 or more detailed information including current franchise tax assessment, current filing history and more for a fee of $20.00.

I think Wireshark answered already but TALK is a Nevada corporation and UMS as TALK subsidiary is a Delaware corporation.
