United Mobile Solutions LLC is a Georiga LLC.

They formed in Delaware United Mobile Solutions, Inc. in September of 2015, four days before the news announcement.

They also recently formed United Mobil Solutions, Inc. Georgia just last month.

So far UMS LLC is still the operating company, they have not done anything yet.
