Well, the Q1/2016 is not due until May 16. If Dewm is late on the 2014 and 2015 annual report, I don't expect them to beat the deadline on the Q1/2016. The end of May is coming from being late on Q1/2016, but submitting a letter for late filing to be fulfilled within 15 days. That roughly put it at end of May.

Hope this helps. The bottom line is that we are reaching a very critical time frame that can be hugely positive for Dewm. This is the time to hold and or buy.
