Great Input OBM, AS Usual, I have question , I saw we paid some Filing Fees prior to last Friday's' 10k, In an East Coast State I believe it was Delawre? What were those filing for? I saw we have Filings in Nevada as well? Thanx for your and Others you know who you are, For Constant having to Defend TALKfrom miss Information.

We have this Float LOCKED I am convinced . I got some 16s Friday. Will be adding more with Profits of other Stocks here coming up on 5 Milly only...I sort hope this goes another few weeks so I CAN GET TO 7-8 Milly...The Boat to COPPER Island will be leaving Day after Filings and Beleive a UNited TALK Group will have A Nice Party Somewhere....1st round on me ...My 1 post...

I can attest to that..reviewing a previous auditors work papers and schedules are one thing but to restate audits is a very meticulous time consuming task..TALK WILL DROP 8K SOON!!! GOOO THE NEW TALK!

I don't see any 10-K/A's nor 10-Q/A's.

TALK is a bumbling mess.

What restatements? The prior filings need amending. Not done. First two Q's for 2016 delinquent. UMS 2nd half 2015 not filed.

This is a mess. No wonder the price has slumped by some 40%.

All of that is hogwash. It takes very little time, this is a VERY small operation and it's not like we are talking about billions of dollars worth of transactions.
