Your comments about the app are exactly what I posted about earlier. If an app is available (or soon to be available) that would basically eliminate the need for physical branches, then why did TSGL just cough up millions for 4 "physical branches"?
Your logic is like saying the "Dominos pizza ordering app" will eliminate the need for everyone except the delivery guy. No more "brick & mortar" pizzerias, cooks, etc, just use the app to place an order, & 30 minutes later food is at the door! Imagine the overhead savings!
