Good. An examiner would be premature, though I would expect a U.S. Trustee to be appointed. And the case is being heard in New York, which is better and Delaware. And Judge Stewart M. Bernstein has a lot of experience in handling complex cases. We are in good hands - the law is in good hands, that is. Thats all you can hope for.
