Another Bad News (see the link below) kicked in right after today's market close --- the planed Toxic R/S will kick in a couple of weeks later per today's news which against all the existing CBYL shareholders!

Without the Toxic up to 1:10 R/S plan from the crap and extremely stupid CEO we should see $1 easily... Now we all should pray and hopefully the currnt 52-week low $0.52 could hold the bottom support for both pre-R/S and post-R/S!
