that's POSITIVE news and here's why ... that news is announcing the annual shareholdes meeting on June 14th (more than 7 weeks away) which gives plenty of time to get the price over $1 for 10 consecutive trading days to meet compliance - thus that "VOTE" for a reverse split could get canceled. Also, many stocks run-up leading up to that vote so another catalyst to get price over $1 and avoid split. So this planned vote on June 14th may not even happen if price gets above $1 for 10 consecutive trading days!!
