I've been wondering why Stella left so abruptly and now I know. It's because she accidentally admitted TAUG was planning to increase the A/S.a few days later, she suddenly left TAUG. I think Seth was hoping to keep that information secret. a CPA immediately connected the dogs and sold his shares because he knew the increase was not to build a business but to pay for extremely toxic financing with the likes of JOHN F. FIFE, charged by SEC for securities fraud.

5 billion shares....for what? to build a business? No, apparently not. It's to pay himself whatever he wants, as the CEO of a non-existent business.

Meanwhile Tom Graham, who was added to the board without any explanation hangs out posting all day on IHUB.

Seth added a stock promoting ihub member to his board of directors.
