SUNE entered into "DIP" talks with their credit holders, in advance of filing, because once they file, (for Protection from Creditors) there's no talks without a referee.

No creditor can demand payment ahead of any other creditor until this whole thing is sorted out; known as reorganization.

This company will not be dismantled like some junk car.
