(To Integral: Protip - don't take an office on the west side of 1999 Ave of the Stars. In the summer, in the late afternoon when the sun comes directly in the windows, it's nigh impossible to regulate the temperature to keep the outer-facing exposed offices cool without freezing ~OUTT the staff cubicles. They messed up the windows and put in panes that are nott reflective enuff in the IR range. Nice views of the ocean, butt godawful hot on hot summer days when the mid-to-late afternoon sun hits. Other than that, it's a great building.)
