How many people?? I only see a couple on here saying that... I personally didn't think it would but I wasn't pumping that... However, I knew there was a chance when I bought this so that's the risk we take.
iHub is not exactly a share-weighted voting forum. Lots of people here saying "BK BK BK" who (almost certainly) collectively own a trivial percentage of SUNE's outstanding shares.
Some will sell on the actual BK news. Others may buy. Life goes on.
Lots of people were in denial about whether bankruptcy could or would occur. The very fact that we saw that is de facto evidence that there was speculation and discussion about bankruptcy across a wide spectrum of media and sources for some time before the actual announcement.
Given that this was certainly not a "surprise" announcement out of the blue, it stands to reason that to some extent the SUNE price had baked in a discount for possible bankruptcy.
We'll see. I don't expect SUNEQ to rise tomorrow (for the simple reason that in cases like this sellers are less patient than buyers) but I also do not expect SUNEQ to go to zero.
