CJTF - that's interesting. They did a 1:2000 reverse split on March 1, 2016 and they never filed a corporate action for it with the state of Nevada SOS

I guess they lowered the authorized share count at the same time as the last Reverse split without doing a corporate amendment filing with the Nevada SOS

Maybe they are so broke they couldn't afford to pay the filing fee to the state of Nevada SOS for the amendments?
