For one they get part of the revenue going forward from the company's sales that they are selling to. Secondly they get to sell it perpetually for themselves - so if it is in many retail outlets it gets to stay for them. And thirdly, and perhaps most importantly, the sale will not be completed for three years. ******Does this mean that SFOR feels it will have completed all of its possible litigation within this three year period because now the first one is out of the way? So it will cash it all out by then?*****You need to ask yourself that question IMO.
