Well, it certainly wasn't a POS back in the days when they were x-raying diamonds (Gemprint) which was a brilliant process that was never properly exploited, and back when they were selling organic fertilizers and mosquito killers through Scott's, and experimenting with battery powered vehicles. Last I heard, they still had about a 25% stake in a Canadian company (Biorem - BIRMF) that reduces odors in industrial settings. Biorem has turned around very nicely in the last year or so and is now profitable. The former co-CEO of CVF Technologies (Nally) is still on their Board, I believe.

I have no idea whether any of this residual still remains, but if it does, the Biorem stake alone is probably worth more than $1 million.
