Last I heard, they still had about a 25% stake in a Canadian company (Biorem - BIRMF) that reduces odors in industrial settings. Biorem has turned around very nicely in the last year or so and is now profitable. The former co-CEO of CVF Technologies (Nally) is still on their Board, I believe. I have no idea whether any of this residual still remains, but if it does, the Biorem stake alone is probably worth more than $1 million.
