Very flawed logic.Does it really matter who I am or why I am on this board?
All the court case results I post are real. Lopehandia has lost EVERY SINGLE CASE he has filed.....DOZENS! Don't you find it interesting that JL has not once posted actual evidence to prove one word he says....again...not once in all the years he has posted.

As JL himself has posted on this board....the BCSC's investigation reveals that neither Lopehandia or Torres have EVER had any direct connection with C-1912-2001.....very strange for a man who claims to have WON that case in 2008.

JL says on this board that all others except him were kicked out of trying to weasel in on C-1912-2001 on October 2, 2014.....strange that his name and Torres's name appeared on that Supreme Court DOCUMENT HE TALKS ABOUT ......as ALSO being kicked out.....it's right there in black and white...do you think maybe he could post the document that let him back in? How about post the "clean title" he passed around at the AGM's? How about some court documents that show he won all the cases he claims to have won?

Remember all here who said "THEY KNEW" JL has clean title? Do you think maybe that "clarifying" press release sort of put that kibosh on that thought?

Do you REALLY believe that everybody from the courts to the BCSC are in on a conspiracy theory against JL? Have you ever thought that maybe just maybe that you have been blatantly lied to all these years by both JL and BJ? After all the only "proof" you ever had was the PR's MSX put out that said he had clean title......and ALL those were proven to be lies when that clarifying PR came out....and even THAT was loaded with lies.

So, in closing....I will put out the same challenge as I have put out many times and never had any takers.....show me Court proof that JL is involved with C-1912-2001 and I will never post again.

Oh...I do have a final thought......does not anyone question how JL had clean title to Mina Pascua since 2008 and just the other day said he could "mine right now if he wished"......but he can't even show the BCSC that he is even INVOLVED with a case he claims to have won 8 years ago? To further that thought....if JL can mine right now as he said he can THE OTHER DAY....he would have to have clean title....you agree with that....right? Well.....how can that be if C-1912-2001 is still active?
