If we are to believe that TAUG's share price will be over a penny,
then Berman is getting more than 90k for one year of sitting on the board.

Were I a current TAUG Board of Directors member, I would be raising hell with Seth Shaw after seeing the 8-K filing, which announced Keith Berman's BOD compensation package! What's a measly 1,000,000 shares as awarded to Thomas Graham (TJG) only 8 months ago, when blown away by the 9,000,000 share package just awarded to Berman? Could this possibly be a reflection of ones perceived value to the company? Hmmm...quite possibly!
