maybe your right. if no further lawsuits have been served its for the sole reason that everyone has been playing ball with strikeforce. seeing as we just beat Microsoft (settled). they have 2 options either play ball and pay up or fight in court for a loss and end up paying a substantial amount, more than is needed just to settle. could possibly be the case. just MO tho.
