The warrants are a very important component of the financing cycle that the purchaser has established with NWBO. It offers a hedge to various transactions that will be completed in anticipation of the next round of financing. Without news, the next round will have similar terms and the cycle will continue to move the stock in a direction consistent with the last 6 months or so. Doubtful that the warrants are desired by NWBO, rather required by the financier.
