If so go back to the seed money of the original company before it changed its name and went public as "Wave Systems Corp", when Peter was at the head, when incorporated as some like "Crytologics" you might gain some insight about the who's who behind the scenes. Those individuals tossed in something like $100,000 each and then the stock split before going public, and they made out like bandits. Nothing illegal about that unless they were orchestrated with inside information by the Sprague's. Too bad "Snackie" is not around to sweep this post quickly under the rug.
