Thanks. It was mentioned on the call but figured I'd post today's under the radar announcement for the sake of thoroughness.

Any thoughts on the proxy fight and our BOD? I am interested if anyone has realistic 20/20 hindsight on how things could have been done differently to bring about faster growth and more substantial revenues.
