These warrants were issued 5 years ago as part of a financing. OF COURSE they would be exercised since the market price of the common was above the exercise price.

The company did not do anything new to encourage the exercise - it was going to happen.

It is clear you have not done your homework here.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
