Sorry, but SRGE was never legit. It never had any living breathing management. There was a bunch of photoshopped photos of mining (or temporary and worthless stickers or signs placed) which was further evidence of the fraud, as SRGE never had any mining people or were capable of doing a speck of anything, besides illegally selling shares.
BGL had to have finally gotten frustrated with the Mexican legal system that they said "enough" and gave up. I expected something similar to happen at some time. Besides, the concessions as they stand have minimal value, for a few reasons. Were any capable mining company to take over, they would have to do a lot of re-exploring, drilling, testing, and studies in order to be able to reach a point of determining a resource, and perhaps proven reserves. A production decision would be years away and cost many millions of dollars. As the mining industry is still depressed, there is little chance of interest being shown in the concessions. There is absolutely no way anyone would ever pay more than a very few $million, if that, for the mining rights. And even less chance of SRGE longs ever getting even a paltry payday.
