Bill, The new contract win was posted publicly after the close of the markets on Thursday, April 7th. With respect to pink sheet or OTC or Nasdaq or AMEX or Dow or whatever. It makes very little difference to many of us. When I enter an order to buy or sell I do it the same way whether it is VTSI or PEP or 3M. And not only that, the trade executes the same way since all exchanges trade using the same computerized exchanges.
Of course there are some funds and fund families and institutions that have their own internal rules about what they can buy and sell and certainly some (many?) cannot trade stocks that are not listed on a Nasdaq or DOW.
