"cutting edge business services" is the majority common shareholder it appears. I would not be surprised if Peter controls that private entity.

From the current filings it appears Peter sold his remaining shares to Cutting edge business services I highly doubt this was anything more than Peter taking what last pennies he could get

Universal Apparel is all kabir's now imo
it his to build and increase shareholder value for him (the largest shareholder)and the remaining shareholders
or he can run it to the ground
we are going to find out
for some reason he is spending lots of money to get this company current and a new structure in order
