I'll agree to that. All those shares were issued and/or sold at market as Kabir was taking over & as old management were shown the door. Given Pete's reputation and the downright hostility on this board towards him, Pete being a part of that private entity wouldn't surprise me.
A search of "Cutting Edge Business Services" revealed two companies in NY and MI that appear to be legitimate businesses that do not invest in other company stocks and another in Nevada that lists only one agent name, Vincent Curry of LV.
Google the agent name and the first three listings are SEC legal actions against Curry for securities violations.
