We have been over this 100's of times.

It is an administrative action that does NOT directly affect shareholders. It is neither a civil nor criminal action. It is simply about how many shares the company can have based on loans made. May 27th is the summary disposition which in simple terms means "makes it go away and done with." How unimportant is this issue they put the hearing if needed out till September.
