The words "is expected" refers to the anticipated date the product will be available for purchase and not whether the product will ever be available.

I've already seen pictures of the lemon lime flavor from Allen Flavors on Instagram and Facebook.

Real DD with proof and there was more promotional fodder with the same kind of "forward looking statements" about "distribution deals" and "multiple flavors" before those that you linked.

Yup and there was more promotional fodder about the same BS before those you linked to. "Distribution" and "multiple flavors" has been a favorite of the promotional fodder put out by Toby and the consultants for years.

Toby says, "thank God for "forward looking statements" protection.

He uses them in every PR

"is expected" "may" "will" "might" just to name a few.

Toby has never put out any promotional fodder that didn't contain forward looking statements.

If the company were a scam then they wouldn't have real product in the hands of consumers or professional athletes endorsing their product.

Just because the stock hasn't performed the way we want it to in the past doesn't make it a scam.
