I believe the inhouse open label are 80 patients plus for p2 that will mirror the MAYO 280 patient trial.
I'd imagine the combination trial is just that. To see what the efficiency is between vaccine and their PD1.
I will ask both questions if I have a chance. Hope they'll let me treat them to a couple lap dances. Heard Jacksonville has many strip clubs :-)
