I wonder at the connection of Secure Channels Inc. (CA company) to UPOTD.

Secure Channels SA is reported as a Swiss company, and there is a Secure Channels Inc. shown as revoked in NV.

This does appear to be the Calif. company mentioned in the 8-K:
