That would be a day to burn shorts if any news were to be released. Shorts have made a lot of money here, and not all will try to ride it to zero. There's just too much risk to do so, and less reward. The BOLLINGER is looking stronger now. The bottom is moving up. If I were thinking in their mindset, knowing news on the investigation is pending, and knowing that the next capital raise is months away, I'd choose to close before expiration, just in case.
