Thanks! Right now, or anytime in the near future, reality suggests "TAUG" and "market cap of $10 million" should not be included in the same sentence! And to get restored to the OTCQB, the "$10+ million market cap", which assumes TAUG ONLY HAS 1 BILLION OUTSTANDING SHARES, would have to "hold" for 30 consecutive business days!

The OTC Markets site has not been updated with the Outstanding share count since Seth Shaw was "encouraged" to do it in early January. On January 7, which is the latest update, the Outstanding share count was 1,002,320,933. If this Outstanding count has gone up since January 7, the market cap has to be higher than $10mm in order to lock in the required penny per share for 30 days!

Maybe Pistol Pete would do the requested "stickie"! LOL!
