So you are officially now accusing these people of breaking the law?

First your conclusion is again your opinion.

Second you are stringing these events as cause and effect and their timing as the illustration that the reasons you are giving are the ones everyone needs to accept.

Third you seem to resent the ability of people to make something out of nothing

Fourth everybody will make up their own mind as to whether they were hard done by and to what extent and how they were made to suffer for it. Whether they consider it defensible or indefensible.

No one I repeat no one has asked any body to invest in this company they chose to do so based on things they are being told and that they decide to believe.

They assess their own risk and reward and act according to their own judgement.

What will matter in the end is whether someone's starting position yields an adequate return in a a suitable time for them. They will decide for themselves whether they have been lied to or wilfully misled. Not because you keep repeating your mantra.

I repeat for the last time that your biased and entrenched opinion for whatever reason is not one that I share. You demonstrate some great insight into the details of the financings of the company but you look at them through only one specific colored lens at the expense of the rest of the spectrum.

Respectfully I do not agree with your conclusion being the only acceptable one and I personally don't share it. I am certainly aware for myself that I am attempting to make money on the back of the workers at that company and wont pretend that I have an ethical right to also control every aspect of how they go about doing it.

The result of me being wrong will be that I lose my investment. I am however not the only stake holder. So the system is set up to sustain itself best it can. It will always disadvantage one over the other at any period of time. So far it has disadvantaged me, the pre existing share holder, somewhat. I don't deny that but it has done that for the potential and that is all it is of rewarding me later.

A lot of management's actions have caused my waiting time to be prolonged but then again it depends on the expectations I put on this particular investment in the first place.

I don't for one second believe that as a shareholder I am in first place when it comes to reaping the rewards. The people doing the work and the ones making it so that they can work are way ahead of me in the reward stakes.

For what its worth you have not satisfied me that I have been wilfully misled or lied to, to the extent that irreparable damage has been done to me or my investment.

And again not all the damage and delay suffered since the up listing can be laid at the feet of management and their decisions.

So as far as that is concerned I remain unconvinced by your efforts. Others will make up their own minds. Allow me to remind you that this back and forth examines only one very specific aspect of this company and its investment case.
