I wouldn't get too excited until it can be confirmed with the company because it looks like that action was taken to accomodate for the 5 billion recently issued. Thus, if my calculations are correct, the largest forward split possible, if any, would be closer to 5 for 1. Imagine if there are 5 billion out a 200 for 1 forward would bring the outstanding to 1 trillion. Good luck with your wishful thinking.
