I would encourage dumb investors to short VTSI

and let them scramble to cover when more positive news comes out

Yes there are people that stupid. But with VTSI, it is almost impossible to short. Very few brokerages will let you short a pink sheet penny stock, almost impossible.

But today's trading does prove that stupid people exist and are their own worse enemy. Someone just sold a few shares at .145 (kudos to the buyer!) and someone else has 185,000 for sale at .153. Some people deserve to stay poor forever.

Total reported short is about $500 worth. Why that happens I'm not sure, since it's insignificant - maybe due to some automated trading.
