I will respond to the Dr. Matossian debacle very shortly.

I just wanted to share a chuckle with all of you who believe
that PR releases and SEC filings must be taken as the gospel truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. And there seems to be quite a few of you here.

I stumbled across the following statement on the form 10KSB
filed with the SEC on 17-OCT-2005:

"On June 15, 2005, we completed our acquisition of Nord Oil Product, Inc., a Delaware corporation, pursuant to a Share Exchange Agreement. Nord Oil Product , LLC is engaged in wholesale realization of mineral oil and retail trade in food stuffs in Samara region and in Moscow, Russia."

Sounds to me like a grocery store in Russia selling mineral oil...sort of like a smaller WALGREEN'S I guess :)

What makes me laugh is why a basher takes the time to bash a stock. On the PAIV board a guy named K4G would bash the hell out of the stock for 2 weeks, then boom. It went from .005 to .35 in a week, that guy dissapeared. hell he probably bought up millions of shares from newbies that he scared into selling. Your agenda is obvious. Bashers always work in teams. it is funny when you see 3 new people post on a site. One yells SCAM, one is a little more level headed and the third is a pumper who eventually gets "convinced" from the other bashers that they may be right. This is such an old scam.

When I say dolar stock I mean a stock that is not trading in the pennies but at a dollar level. Exxon at $63 is a adollar stock, Rosneft at $7.50 is a dollar stock ( to be more accurate it is a British Pound stock ). NDOL at .21 is a penny stock.
